He began his career in Industrials at Piper Sandler, helping founders reap the rewards of their life’s work. Ali is originally from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and currently resides in Denver, CO.

Career spent at small businesses. Prior to co-founding Founders Group, Matt was a founding engineer at Felt Technologies. Matt started his career at IBIS Rice, an agriculture company based in Southeast Asia, where he learned both the hard work and the rewards involved in running a small business. Matt is originally from Maryland and currently resides in Northern California with his wife.
